Why We Started
Our founder has owned many pharmacies in the Lehigh Valley region for the last 8 years. He is always on the lookout to start a new venture, which can, in turn, help him serve the community. He has a diverse group of partners. They interact with the community, doctors, and pharmacy clients so they can better understand the issues that they have experienced from a medical/non-medical care front. Through speaking with different people, he observed that the main dissatisfaction came from:
- For the clients who needed care but wanted to stay in their home.
- Clients are not expertly matched with the correct caregiver.
- Along with seniors, there were many health restricted kids & adults who needed equal care in the comfort of their home.
Nimesh very strongly believes in serving the community and believes that all humans should be respected and cared for equally. With this motto in his mind, he along with his other 2 partners, decided to start a HOME HEALTH CARE AGENCY in 2016. Since they serve Lehigh Valley area, they decided to name it – Lehigh Home Health Care & Staffing Agency Inc. – with a mission that everyone in the Lehigh region should be able to receive home care, and, in turn, create employment opportunities for many deserving candidates.
